Finding what I wanted out of myself was a long process.

True to Appius Claudius Caecus' motto "Every man is the architect of his own fortune", I looked for a way to be happy with everything that life brings with it.

Above all, this journey required me to get to know myself, to be mindful, to take responsibility for myself and to act accordingly.
With every experience, my confidence and trust grew.
I love to let my soul sparkle, to spread joy and confidence.
Due to the Fibromyalgia syndrome, I also know what it means to hardly be able to move because of the pain.
In the meantime, I enjoy how life plays with all its facets.
For me, sorrow and pain are valuable assets. If you are brave enough to surrender, you discover the magic of life.

All of this constantly provides me with new ideas and inspiration for coaching my clients and for my work.
Works that I am able to bring to the outside world in my creative being with painting, writing, accompanying, photography and music and present as my art of life.
